📋 Description

• Serve as an initial technical point of contact for complex escalations • Investigate issues thoroughly in close collaboration with development teams to identify root causes and drive effective solutions • Help design, build, or enhance automated tools that streamline workflows and improve team efficiency • Propose, develop, or implement improvements and tooling that help teams work more effectively • Work in an embedded model alongside development teams, acting as a collaborative partner and bridge between engineering and a range of technical stakeholders • Play a key role during incidents, helping coordinate response efforts and guide teams toward resolution

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Professional experience (typically 2+ years) in a similar role within an engineering environment • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex technical systems • English proficiency (B2 level or higher), with the ability to collaborate, communicate, and write in a professional environment
