📋 Description
• Provide dedicated operational and administrative support to the Brazil Sales team • Streamline workflows by managing schedules, organizing meetings, maintaining documentation, and ensuring accurate data entry across internal systems • Coordinate and facilitate communication for the Sales team, ensuring timely responses to partners, prospects, and internal stakeholders • Handle day-to-day business tasks with accuracy and timeliness, supporting the team’s overall productivity and enabling growth
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative, operational, or support role within a sales or customer-facing team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and basic English • Basic experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
