📋 Description

• Lead and manage AI projects from initiation to completion • Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and status reports • Oversee the development and implementation of AI models, algorithms, and solutions that drive business value • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed • Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management regularly • Ensure adherence to AI and data governance standards, ethical guidelines, and compliance requirements • Foster a collaborative and agile working environment • Evaluate the impact of AI solutions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management • Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, data science, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project) • Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders • Fluency in English (C1 level) is required for effective communication with global teams and stakeholders. • Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach (preferred) • Experience working with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) (preferred) • Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks (preferred) • Background in data analytics, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision (preferred)
