• Guarantee on-time, efficient delivery of products and services that exceed client expectations • Lead and coordinate delivery teams across multiple projects • Manage scope, resources, and risks to ensure smooth execution • Act as the main client contact, building trust and long-term partnerships • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement in delivery processes • Drive growth opportunities by identifying ways to expand and strengthen services • Ensure projects involving AI, data, and automation are delivered with innovation and excellence
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in Delivery or Project Management roles • Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) • Proven experience managing complex projects with distributed teams • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources in high-demand environments • Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data, or Automation projects • English C1 (Advanced) – mandatory • Background in technology consulting, software development, or digital transformation is a strong plus
