📋 Description

• Own and continuously refine a clear, prioritized, delivery-ready product backlog • Write user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria for engineering and QA • Translate Product Management business objectives into actionable technical specifications • Use generative AI tools to draft, refine, and structure user stories, technical specifications, and edge-case scenarios • Partner with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Architecture on solution design and delivery planning • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives • Identify and resolve technical dependencies, blockers, and delivery risks; escalate unresolved issues • Support release planning, deployment readiness, and go-live coordination • Maintain current documentation for requirements, workflows, APIs, integrations, and data flows • Use AI-driven analytics and research tools to synthesize user feedback and identify usage patterns • Partner with Data/Analytics to validate delivered work against KPIs such as adoption rate, cycle time, and defect escape rate • Feed performance data and stakeholder feedback into backlog prioritization

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Product Manager in an Agile environment • Working technical fluency: ability to read an API contract or DB schema, follow a sequence diagram, and hold credible design conversations with engineers • Practical experience with APIs, microservices, system integrations, and at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP • Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience and backlog tooling such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar • Track record writing clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria • Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, negotiation, and executive/engineering communication • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Jira AI for requirements gathering, technical documentation, and workflow optimization • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience • Nice to have: CI/CD, DevOps practices, or enterprise integration experience • Nice to have: background in data-driven products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise technology • Nice to have: exposure to event-driven architecture and production incident/release support • Nice to have: CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent Agile certification
