📋 Description

• Map and resolve inefficiencies in the company’s internal processes • Structure operational routines that bring clarity, predictability, and scalability • Implement agile execution standards and practices across teams • Serve as the connection point between Sales, Product, Support, Customer Success, and Finance • Quickly resolve communication issues and alignment gaps • Ensure strategic priorities are executed with speed • Identify bottlenecks that are slowing deliveries or affecting revenue • Coordinate solutions internally or through external partners • Act as the go-to problem solver for critical day-to-day issues • Hire and coordinate external services, including legal, accounting, finance, technology, and process support • Ensure quality, timely delivery, and alignment with the company’s objectives • Support cash flow management, contracts, collections, and administrative routines • Improve financial and operational processes in collaboration with leadership • Organize documents, contracts, and the company’s legal structure as it grows • Implement tools and methods that increase productivity and execution • Build a high-performance operations culture

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in operations, administrative management, or operational leadership at startups or growing companies • Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster cross-functional integration • Execution-oriented mindset: identifies, proposes, and solves • Familiarity with vendor management and outsourced services • Practical knowledge of financial routines, contracts, and business structuring • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies • Experience with agile methodologies and process improvement • Experience structuring operations during a scale-up phase
