📋 Description

• Support third-party applications and infrastructure • Support internal and vendor applications (On-Premises/Cloud) for global internal customers • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis • Respond to questions via email, chat, or phone calls • Work with end users to ensure applications meet their needs • Implement new business requirements • Assist with new projects and initiatives • Create and maintain the required support documentation

🎯 Requirements

• On-premises infrastructure (servers and networks) • Working knowledge of Windows Server configuration and troubleshooting • ACLs (Active Directory and local server) • Good understanding of TCP/IP sufficient for basic troubleshooting • Create the required support documentation • Database experience: SQL, stored procedures, views, and functions • Fluent English • Ability to learn new application and business process support skills • Ability to create and maintain documentation • Analytical skills • Problem-solving skills • Good communication skills • Experience with Azure/AWS • Troubleshoot on-premises Windows Server applications • Follow and understand Agile methodologies (Scrum) • Automation skills (PowerShell) — a plus • Cloud (Azure and AWS), DevOps, and/or application development skills — a plus • PowerShell scripting — desirable • GitHub Actions and repositories — desirable • Knowledge of C#, .NET, and API development — desirable • Knowledge of monitoring and analytics tools (Datadog, Splunk, Tableau) — desirable • SSRS/SSIS — desirable
