📋 Description

• Drive iteration and program increment planning, maintain and prioritize the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality, tested solutions. • Translate business capabilities into actionable features aligned with strategic goals and communicate the roadmap to stakeholders. • Create and maintain the team backlog, ensuring items are well-formed and prioritized based on user value, risk, and dependencies. • Define user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Serve as point of contact for clarification on requirements to the development team. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and development team; foster strong relationships to understand needs and manage expectations. • Oversee budgets, contracts, and resource planning to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery. • Monitor product performance, manage risks using the ROAM approach, and ensure lifecycle sustainability. • Provide leadership during critical incidents, coordinate resolution teams, and ensure continuity of services for public-facing platforms. • Validate that user stories meet acceptance criteria and ensure technical stability and compliance with standards. • Work closely with Scrum Masters, Platform Strategists, and integration teams to align development objectives with business goals. • Promote adoption of enterprise-standard tools and practices, and lead efforts to improve processes and delivery efficiency. • Contribute to branch-level planning, performance monitoring, and emergency response coordination as part of the senior management team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline and 5 years of related experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile delivery and stakeholder engagement. • OR a two (2) year College Diploma in a related discipline with a minimum of 8 years related experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile delivery and stakeholder engagement. • Written and spoken competence in English is required.
