📋 Description

• Design, build, and structure scalable data models to meet identified requirements; • Build end-to-end data pipelines, from mapping source data through processing and transformations to final delivery; • Implement fixes and improvements to existing data pipelines; • Automate data processing workflows, both batch and streaming; • Integrate with external data providers and organize and expose that data for consumption; • Create routines for monitoring data pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a data engineer on large-scale evolution projects and complex applications. • Technical education and professional experience with a quantitative/analytical focus. • Preferred: experience leading other developers. • Experience working on data projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Strong command of Python, SQL, and OOP (object-oriented programming); • Knowledge and experience implementing and supporting data lakes and/or data warehouses on GCP; • Experience with GCP services such as Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Dataproc, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Dataplex; • Knowledge of orchestrating pipelines using Airflow; • Hands-on experience with Terraform and CI/CD.
