📋 Description

• Customer support via Zendesk, chat and phone, ensuring efficient and personalized assistance; • Quoting, booking, issuing and reissuing domestic travel services, including air, ground transportation, accommodation and car rental; • Providing immediate feedback on incidents to the corporate department, including compliments, complaints and suggestions for improvement; • Maintaining and updating the Help Center to ensure accurate, up-to-date information; • Acting as a liaison between the corporate department and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical and/or higher education in progress in: Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or equivalent fields; • Experience in customer service via digital channels; • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; • Experience with corporate/business travel is a plus.
