📋 Description
• Develop solutions for clients as a SAP APMe consultant. • Work in the SAP Practice team. • Lead discovery meetings, technical discussions and client presentations. • Utilize technical knowledge to develop solutions and estimates.
🎯 Requirements
• 2 or more years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management software. • Experienced in commission calculations and payments. • Experience in US health insurance is a plus. • Expert in SAP APMe Tool experience. • Expert in commission and incentive plans used for external Producers. • Expert in managing agent, membership, premium and commission information across multiple insurance products. • Working knowledge of Producer Management, Compensation & Performance and Agent Connection modules. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
