• Analyze credit, default, and creditworthiness risks • Implement projects in risk, regulatory, and compliance-related areas • Assess customers, debtors, and financing exposures • Prepare and further develop risk reports and key performance indicators • Support the optimization of risk management processes • Risk controlling and reporting • Work closely with Business, Operations, and Finance • Develop data-driven decision-making frameworks to inform business decisions
• Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Law, STEM, or a comparable qualification • Solid experience in credit risk or risk management • Excellent analytical skills • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial statement analysis • Advanced SQL and Business Intelligence skills • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including MaRisk, KWG, and DORA • German (C1+) • Good command of English • An innate curiosity about professional and technical topics
