📋 Description

• Define writing standards, best practices and principles • Create and maintain style guides and the brand voice • Create reusable textual components: microcopy, error messages, CTAs, etc. • Map critical text flows and turn them into templates • Work side-by-side with system designers and developers to ensure content is an integral part of components • Track adoption of content guidelines within design systems • Conduct workshops, talks and training on Content Design • Serve as a reference for writing best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building Design Systems with a focus on desktop platforms • Strong knowledge of UX writing, web writing and copywriting • Knowledge of accessibility in writing • Experience creating and documenting rules and writing standards for digital products • Experience educating and sharing best practices and responsibilities of a Content System • Proficiency in Figma • Familiarity with the Zeroheight platform (optional) • Knowledge of interface design for desktop and mobile platforms • Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Languages, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations or related fields
