• Betreuung der Versicherungen der GP JOULE Gruppe • Ansprechpartner*in für Abstimmungen mit Versicherern sowie interne Abstimmungen • Durchführung von Controlling-Tätigkeiten, wie Auswertungen und Analysen mit Fokus auf HR-Controlling-Themen • Unterstützung der Business Units durch Erstellen von Berichten und Auswertungen sowie beim Projektcontrolling
🎯 Requirements
• abgeschlossene Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Bank-, Versicherungs- oder Industriekaufmann*-frau, oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling o.ä. • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Controlling oder im Bereich Versicherungen • Sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen und sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel • Vorerfahrung mit Power BI oder vergleichbaren Tools
