• Drive the execution of strategic skilling programs across Asia • Own end-to-end delivery of flagship initiatives such as Certification Weeks and AI Tour for Partners • Ensure high-quality, scalable delivery while maximizing reach and partner impact • Design and execute demand generation strategies to drive participation at scale • Manage delivery partners and vendors ensuring strong execution, quality, and capacity • Oversee learning platforms and event tooling to deliver seamless experiences • Lead regional budget planning and forecasting across skilling programs • Track key performance metrics including participation, certifications, and ROI
• 8+ years of experience in program management, learning & development, partner enablement, or event operations • Proven ability to deliver large-scale, multi-market programs across Asia Pacific • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across stakeholders and levels • Familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem, certification pathways, or skilling programs (preferred) • Experience in localization and multilingual program delivery (preferred)
