📋 Description
• Lead procurement professionals in dispersed or complex environments, fostering collaboration and high performance. • Manage and monitor procurement excellence projects according to agreed scope. • Design, plan, and deliver tasks and projects efficiently, developing strategies for execution. • Build and leverage relationships with Strategic Sourcing, Procurement teams, and external stakeholders to align with policy adoption. • Drive compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations and laws.
🎯 Requirements
• 10 – 14 years in Procurement with a minimum of 5 years leading teams • Ability to step in to support procurement activities / escalations across regions. • Experience managing team members across borders will be an added bonus. • Good experience in Change management & in Processes definition • Very good communication skills (Being able to communicate at all levels) • Adaptability
