📋 Description
• Align regional target plans with global strategy • Identify and resolve execution gaps across regions • Ensure visibility and governance of all skilling initiatives • Monitor and report on success metrics including certifications and adoption
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in program management / partner ecosystem / skilling • Strong stakeholder management and analytical capabilities • 3+ years in people management (preferred) • Experience with tools such as Power BI, Jira (preferred)
