📋 Description

• Participate in planning meetings with the CAAS Accounting Manager to explain audit preparation and/or accounting services processes to clients and CAAS personnel • Manage the day-to-day accuracy of financial reporting and timely processing of client information • Identify and delegate responsibilities to support efficient and timely completion of engagements • Supervise and collaborate with team members to export trial balances, charts of accounts, general ledger details, subsidiary ledgers, and related documents from client accounting systems • Supervise and collaborate with team members to import electronic reports into software used to analyze account balances and general ledger transactions • Provide training to Accounting Specialists • Maintain client contact, including with clients’ tax accountants and other professional service providers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent experience • Prior audit preparation and bookkeeping or accounting service experience • Experience providing accounting services to multiple clients • Project management experience is a nice to have • Gaming/Casino Industry Experience is highly preferred • Minimum internet speed of 50–100 Mbps • Private, quiet dedicated home office area • Power and internet backup are required
