📋 Description

• Lead two product-focused squads, Grafana Cloud k6 Frontend and k6 Studio. • Help define how our teams deliver reliable, high-quality experiences. • Work closely with Product and Design to influence technical strategy. • Manage and develop two distributed engineering teams responsible for delivering reliable, high-quality software. • Conduct regular 1:1s and career development sessions to guide engineers’ professional growth. • Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture built on trust and continuous feedback. • Partner with Product and Design to refine roadmaps, align technical priorities, and deliver great user experiences. • Translate product goals into actionable engineering plans and iterative deliverables. • Continuously improve how teams collaborate, plan, and execute across disciplines. • Support hiring efforts and team capacity planning in collaboration with People Ops.

🎯 Requirements

• Brings a strong software engineering background and senior-level experience building web applications with JavaScript and React. • Shows a genuine passion for developing people, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance that help individuals grow and reach their potential. • Has a proven record of leading frontend or cross-functional teams at a senior level. • Has the ability to “wear multiple hats” – contributing to defining goals, shaping product direction, and gathering feedback from customers. • Partners effectively with Product Management, Design, and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding user experiences. • Excels in collaborating with globally distributed engineering teams that operate with a high degree of autonomy and shared ownership. • Communicates with clarity and empathy, navigating a remote-first, multicultural environment with professionalism and ease. • Adapts readily to change, managing multiple contexts and contributing thoughtfully across several parallel workstreams.
