📋 Description

• Influence the product roadmap and personal career objectives • Collaborate with the team to deliver, evaluate and improve new features • Drive projects from ideation through operations after customer release • Contribute to open-source projects beyond the team’s direct scope • Design, build, operate and maintain Grafana’s mobile application • Own application reliability, performance and availability • Participate in on-call rotations and take ownership of the application • Mentor and support team members • Participate in design discussions and collaborate with the team • Develop understanding of Grafana Cloud, customers and a large distributed-system codebase

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be based in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Spain or Germany • Experience with at least one native mobile platform (Android or iOS) • Strong experience building production Flutter apps, including state management, navigation, asynchronous programming and maintainable codebase architecture • Experience taking mobile features from idea to release, including requirements clarification, solution exploration, building, testing, CI/CD workflows and shipping updates to the App Store and Google Play • Comfort integrating mobile apps with backend APIs and cloud services • Ability to write clean, maintainable and performant code • Motivated self-starter with a bias towards action • Customer-focused approach • Ability to create intuitive products that fit customers’ needs • Ability to analyze, design and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather feedback and iterate • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fully remote setup
