📋 Description

• Influence the product roadmap and personal career objectives • Collaborate with the team to deliver new features and iterate based on results • Drive projects from ideation through operations after release to customers • Contribute to open-source projects beyond the team’s direct scope • Design, build, operate, and maintain Grafana’s mobile application • Own the application’s reliability, performance, and availability • Participate in on-call rotations and own the running application • Mentor and support team members • Participate in design discussions and collaborate with the team • Develop understanding of Grafana Cloud, customers, and a large distributed-system codebase

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with at least one native mobile platform (Android or iOS) • Strong experience building production Flutter apps, including state management, navigation, asynchronous programming, and architecting maintainable codebases • Experience taking mobile features from idea to release, including clarifying requirements, exploring solutions, building, testing, CI/CD workflows, and shipping updates to the App Store and Google Play • Comfort integrating mobile apps with backend APIs and cloud services • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and performant code • Motivated self-starter with a bias toward action • Customer-focused mindset • Ability to create intuitive products that fit customers’ needs • Ability to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback, and iterate • Good communication and collaboration skills • Candidates must be based in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Spain, or Germany
