📋 Description

• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers • Own technical customer engagements and help close complex opportunities • Deliver product and technical presentations to prospective and existing customers • Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide product and competitive landscape feedback • Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems • Enhance documentation and create blog posts, videos, knowledge base articles, and enablement materials

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience • Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership • First-class written and oral communication skills • Ability to articulate Grafana Labs’ value proposition and technical product advantages • Ability to solve technical challenges and create solutions for customers • Technical mindset and desire to grow technically • Must be located in Switzerland • Experience with Open Source technologies or Metrics/Monitoring is advantageous • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC is a plus
