📋 Description

• Conduct pre-sale and discovery activities, including RFI/RFP responses, project estimations, and proposal collaboration • Define non-functional requirements, quality attributes, and architectural drivers • Assess the industry impact of AI innovations and support company-wide AI harness integration • Build AI-first solutions such as multi-agent orchestrators, RAG systems, and AI-enabled features • Design systems, document architectures, and conduct architecture reviews • Analyze project challenges and constraints related to scope, resources, and timing • Collaborate with software development teams to ensure architecture compliance • Write proof-of-concepts and conduct code reviews • Participate in technical pre-sales, client-facing presentations, and discussions of technical vision

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a software architect • Ability to plan, manage, and implement an IT strategy • Experience with AI harnesses and agent orchestrations • Ability to suggest technical solutions addressing business requirements, including LLM-based solutions and AI agents • Knowledge of DevOps, cloud services, and emerging technology trends • Understanding of business analysis, project management, and testing techniques • Experience with architectural patterns including Modular Monolith, SOA, Microservices, Event-driven, and Serverless • Ability to structure and describe data pipelines, data structures, and heterogeneous data sources • English – Upper-Intermediate/Advanced • Work experience with Python and Node.js projects is a plus • Fintech experience is a strong plus
