📋 Description
• Own features end-to-end across the stack • Design and evolve systems, not just features • Build cross-product and AI-assisted workflows • Make the product operable at enterprise scale • Break down complex problems into incremental deliverables • Ensure quality through testing, observability, and documentation • Be a part of the team's on-call rotation
🎯 Requirements
• Strong Go, or a path to it • Operational mindset • Systems thinker • Pragmatism and short feedback loops • Good understanding of user-centered software development process • Experience designing or operating multi-tenant SaaS systems at scale (bonus) • Experience with observability tools (bonus) • Experience with Kubernetes in a production environment (bonus) • Familiarity with k6, Playwright, or browser automation at scale (bonus) • Experience contributing to or maintaining open source projects (bonus)
