📋 Description

• Design, configure, and deploy network solutions including routing, switching, wireless, and WAN technologies • Support rollout of SD-WAN, dual DIA, and branch connectivity solutions • Monitor network health and performance across enterprise environments (branch, DC, cloud) • Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, including wireless, WAN, and application connectivity issues • Execute changes through established change management processes (ServiceNow) • Create and maintain network diagrams, configurations, and support documentation • Partner with architecture, security, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 2–5 years of experience supporting enterprise network environments • Experience with routing and switching (Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent) • Familiarity with WAN technologies (MPLS, Internet, SD-WAN) • Experience troubleshooting network performance and connectivity issues
