📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce user support • Manage Salesforce **user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access requests** • Troubleshoot user access, visibility issues, and standard Salesforce errors • Maintain roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings • Perform routine Salesforce configuration, including **fields, page layouts, list views, and reports** • Support data quality through imports, exports, cleanup, and maintenance activities • Monitor Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and standard automations • Escalate complex platform issues to Product or Engineering teams when needed • Document troubleshooting guides, support processes, and standard operating procedures • Support Sales, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams in day-to-day Salesforce usage

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience as a **Salesforce Administrator** • Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and CRM operations • Experience with user access management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules • Solid understanding of Salesforce standard objects, including Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities • Experience troubleshooting Salesforce access, visibility, and standard system errors • Ability to perform declarative Salesforce configuration, including fields, layouts, reports, and list views • Experience supporting Salesforce data quality through imports, exports, and maintenance • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
