📋 Description

• Develop pixel-perfect Webflow websites from Figma designs • Build and maintain CMS collections, reusable components, forms, and custom embeds • Create engaging web animations using Webflow Interactions, GSAP, Three.js, Lottie, Rive, or Spline • Implement analytics and event tracking using GA4, GTM, PostHog, or similar tools • Optimize websites for technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance • Execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, including A/B testing and funnel improvements • Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms • Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional web development experience • Strong hands-on experience with Webflow, including CMS, responsive layouts, and advanced components • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience converting Figma designs into production-ready Webflow websites • Strong understanding of technical SEO, web performance, and Core Web Vitals • Experience implementing analytics and conversion tracking • Experience creating advanced web animations using GSAP, Three.js, Webflow Interactions, or similar technologies
