📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain cloud-based Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and scalable enterprise data platforms. • Develop, optimize, and support ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data engineering solutions. • Design secure, scalable AWS architectures that align with software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices. • Communicate technical architecture decisions, tradeoffs, and risks to both technical and executive stakeholders. • Apply data engineering best practices to ensure solutions are secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable. • Support technical activities across the program while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, serving in both technical lead and individual contributor roles as needed. • Independently research, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges using available documentation and industry resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in AWS architecture and cloud-based data engineering solutions. • Experience designing and implementing Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and scalable cloud data platforms. • Strong programming skills in one or more of the following: Python, Java, Scala, SQL, or R. • Experience with modern data technologies such as SQL, NoSQL databases, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and Amazon Kinesis. • Experience with AWS Glue and AWS Athena. • Deep understanding of data engineering principles, data modeling, and scalable data processing techniques. • Knowledge of secure software engineering practices, including developing testable, maintainable, and secure code. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to contribute effectively in both lead and support roles.
