📋 Description

• Secure competitive rates and favorable terms with hotels, transportation providers, and other tourism service suppliers. • Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and quality of service. • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand fluctuations to optimize contracting strategies. • Ensure all agreements comply with company standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations. • Evaluate and track supplier performance, resolving issues affecting service quality or business objectives. • Develop and implement a contracting strategy aligned with business goals and market opportunities. • Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to align supplier agreements with business needs. • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and customer experience. • Manage supplier selection for hotels and transportation companies across the South and Southeast Asia travel industry.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in contract negotiations, preferably within the travel industry. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Professional proficiency in English • Proficiency in analyzing, benchmarking, and negotiating pricing. • Comfortable using PC software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project. • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time, primarily within South Asia. • Thailand based, home-worker.
