📋 Description
• Teach a minimum of 24 credits per year • Assist the Program Director with the operation of the M.S. Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program • Engage in research/scholarly/continuing education activity • Organize practicum and internship manual, course development, site placements • Provide updates to the Program Director and Clinical Education Coordinator on student progress • Assist with student recruitment activities and advising
🎯 Requirements
• Doctoral degree in counselor education, preferably from CACREP accredited program • Licensed as LMHC or license eligible • Competency in Blackboard, Zoom, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Six years of full-time faculty experience for Associate Professor status • Evidence of effective teaching performance in various modalities (online synchronous, online asynchronous, and blended learning) • Prior or current clinical experience in clinical mental health counseling practice • Established experience in research and grant writing • Credential of Approved Clinical Supervisor by CCE or eligible in the future
