• Rapidly develop working expertise in a defined portfolio of Granicus solutions to effectively support the sales cycle • Deliver standard and lightly customized product demonstrations to prospects and customers • Support discovery efforts to understand customer requirements and document solution fit • Assist with solution scoping and contribute to RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire responses • Partner with Account Executives to progress opportunities through technical validation stages • Maintain demo environments, scripts, and reusable assets to ensure consistency and efficiency • Provide feedback to Product and Enablement teams on recurring customer needs
• 1–3 years of experience in a presales, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or related customer-facing technical role • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them in customer conversations • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred for regional collaboration.
