• Ensure the production of high-quality video content for Public Sector customers. • Take on additional duties as required by the business, such as indexing content, conducting quality assurance checks, and supporting operational needs as they arise. • Maintain effective communication with team members and collaborate across time zones.
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-moving environment • Strong time management skills, the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in line with business requirements and deadlines while working remotely. • Experience with video direction or production • Experience working in a remote environment and the ability to maintain effective communication with team members across various time zones. • Access to a quiet and professional environment for focused transcription work, free of background noise and distractions. • Comfortable using digital communication tools to collaborate with teams and customers. • Familiar with remote work tools such as cloud storage and virtual meeting software. • Proven ability to direct multi-camera live video productions, ensuring high-quality visual and the ability to meet the customer expectations. • Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues quickly during live streams. • Ability to interpret analytics and viewer feedback to continuously improve streaming quality and engagement. • Strong organizational skills for coordinating schedules, resources, and post-production tasks. • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in high-stakes live environments. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. • Willingness to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving industry trends.
