📋 Description

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle using the Grantek Project Management Methodology • Lead and cultivate multidisciplinary project teams • Mentor project team members and project resources • Monitor project performance against scorecard metrics • Deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations • Maintain stakeholder satisfaction and exceptional client service • Conduct regular project review meetings • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Leadership teams on project execution, resource planning, and business objectives • Drive accountability, communication, and alignment among stakeholders • Support continuous improvement and project management best practices • Foster a positive, engaging, and collaborative work environment

🎯 Requirements

• At least one of the following: B.Sc. Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related technical degree • Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects successfully • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, project controls, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship experience in a project-based environment • Must be located in eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, or central Virginia • Flexible with travel, up to 30% across PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, VA • Flexible regarding working overtime and non-business hours when required
