📋 Description

• Build onboarding materials and online programs for new hires across Growth, Editorial, and other company areas • Track completion data, quiz scores, and skill baselines; maintain reporting trackers • Coordinate training-session and workshop logistics, including scheduling, reminders, setup, and feedback collection • Post session recaps, upcoming sessions, and useful resources to the L&D Slack channel • Support intern and shadowing programs with onboarding, tracking, and kickoff logistics • Maintain compliance training materials, SME templates, and completion tracking • Draft original training content such as modules, decks, and videos as the role develops • Help build a consistent company-wide L&D content and community presence

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in training coordination, HR, learning operations, or a related role • Strong writing skills, with a portfolio or writing sample that shows range • Comfortable working in a Learning Management System (Disco or similar) • Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, reporting, or workflow automation • Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Genuine interest in learning and development as a career path
