📋 Description

• Design end-to-end delivery cycles and translate business goals into execution plans • Identify bottlenecks, risks, dependencies, and failure points using RAID • Coordinate delivery across client cross-functional teams • Translate project milestones into recommendations for non-technical executives and board-level stakeholders • Drive implementation and ensure workflows and organizational designs are adopted • Produce accurate and transparent project plans and status reports • Enable client teams to maintain project momentum independently • Work on high-stakes transformations, including digital shifts and post-merger integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in project management or PMO, typically gained within MBB, Big 4, or boutique firms • Proven ability to design and troubleshoot complex delivery cycles • Experience with digital transformation or post-merger integration (PMI) • Ability to deliver quality results with minimal oversight • Exceptional ability to guide client conversations and provide high-level clarity to stakeholders • Comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed team • Professional experience relevant to project management
