📋 Description

• Process and clear payment slips, ensuring that all receipts (bank slips, PIX, and transfers) are correctly recorded in the system • Reconcile bank slips and PIX payments, resolving discrepancies and ensuring consistency during financial closing • Manage bank slip billing, reviewing remittance and return files sent to and received from banks • Respond to tickets and inquiries related to cancellations, extensions, payment confirmations, service changes, and other requests from schools • Monitor payments received through the Decodificar platform and ensure they are correctly recorded and reconciled • Assist schools with questions regarding financial and administrative processes related to payments received • Register new services and payment plans in the system according to the needs of school units • Generate bank slips for maintenance services, one-off charges, and additional services • Ensure that all bank remittance files are generated, submitted, and processed accurately and on time • Perform daily bank reconciliation of receivables, keeping balances up to date and consistent with the system • Analyze daily cash flow variations and identify anomalies or deviations • Create, analyze, and deliver receivables reports containing reliable and useful management information • Support the review and structuring of financial data, ensuring the integrity and clarity of consolidated information • Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies, processes, and workflows that improve the quality of financial information and accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with TOTVS RM ERP (preferred) • Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and pivot tables) • Knowledge of and experience managing payment methods • Experience with accounts receivable processes
