📋 Description

• Facilitate all GGC Construction Team tasks in support of Program Managers. • Work in the field approximately 45% of the work year, renovating, scouting, and coaching GGC shelter partners. • Design, budget, and plan jobs when not in the field. • Work on all permitting, ordering, project logistics, travel logistics, and scheduling. • Participate in construction duties, supervise volunteers, and assist with planning and estimating for projects. • Help with project design, logistics, consulting duties, and communication with partners and vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Construction knowledge or be willing to learn construction techniques. • Excellent computer skills and willingness to learn CAD design and computer rendering. • Must be self-motivated, accountable, and resourceful. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Dedication to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint). • Commitment to the mission of Greater Good Charities.
