📋 Description

• Develop and manage a robust portfolio of individual major donors and prospects • Design and execute customized donor engagement strategies • Meet or exceed annual fundraising goals • Identify, research, and qualify new major gift prospects annually • Maintain timely, consistent, and personalized outreach across the full portfolio • Assist with the organization’s foundation and grant relationships • Partner with Advancement staff on donor visits, events, and strategic solicitations • Stay informed of trends in high-net-worth philanthropy and donor behavior

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, communications, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in individual major gift fundraising • Proven record of closing five- and six-figure gifts • Demonstrated track record of managing active cultivation pipelines • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) • Strong organizational skills • Comfortable working with executives and high-net-worth individuals • Experience in animal welfare, environmental, or humanitarian sectors preferred. • Ability to travel up to 10-20%
