• Conduct in-depth analysis of HR and Benefits spend • Utilize internal data, independent research, and industry expertise to make conclusions on pricing • Leverage procurement expertise to extract insights from complex data • Analyze monetary impact over time and understand contract costs • Stay up to date on industry trends in HR and Benefits procurement • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to validate data
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, Finance, or Data Analytics • Experience in procurement, finance, or enterprise software/hardware sales • Strong writing skills and detail-oriented • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools • Strong understanding of procurement spending processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management • Excellent communication skills • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify trends
