âą Responsible for the development and management of the designated sales region âą Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner between the assigned representatives and the company âą Travel to visit representatives in assigned region for trainings, meetings, and relationship building âą Participate in customer dinners, product trainings, and other events âą Develop and implement strategic plans to improve performance of assigned representatives âą Analyze and manage sales targets with assigned representatives âą Provide feedback to the appropriate business units on market and product opportunities
âą 6-8 years of relevant work experience âą Minimum of 4 years in the HVAC industry or other technical fields âą Ability to make technical and non-technical presentations in front of large groups âą 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of job experience âą Travel required more than 25% of time
