📋 Description

• Own the Global Demand Strategy • Develop and execute multi-channel campaign strategies tailored to specific ICPs and personas • Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs • Lead the strategy and execution for competitive "takeout" campaigns • Manage, mentor, and coach a growing team of specialists • Act as the primary strategic partner to Sales • Own the multi-million dollar Demand Generation budget • Own inbound forecasting and partner with Finance and Revenue Operations • Lead the regular reporting cadence for DG performance and ROI • Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require

🎯 Requirements

• 7-9+ years of progressive experience in B2B Demand Generation or Growth Marketing within a B2B SaaS company • At least 3+ years in a leadership role managing direct reports and owning pipeline/revenue targets • Proven ability to design and optimize a full-funnel marketing strategy at a B2B SaaS company with experience marketing to both Enterprise and Mid-Market segments • Advanced analytical skills in pipeline modeling and forecasting • Expert-level proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce • Strong understanding of web analytics (GA4, GTM), A/B testing platforms, and SEO concepts • Demonstrated success building, leading, and mentoring a team • Excellent ability to articulate complex marketing strategies and performance results clearly and persuasively • Your own unique talents and transferable skills
