📋 Description
• Manage and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Prepare and file various immigration forms and petitions with USCIS, DOS, and other government agencies • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents, and provide updates on case progress • Research and analyze immigration laws, regulations, and policies to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients • Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and provide support during client meetings and interviews • Utilize case management software (Docketwise) and customer support platform (Zendesk) to streamline processes and enhance client experience
🎯 Requirements
• Experience as a paralegal in a similar role • Experience handling immigration cases • Strong knowledge of immigration law and procedures • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional client service • Previous experience working with Zendesk and Docketwise is a plus
