📋 Description

• Develop, prioritize, and implement 6–12 month product roadmaps based on user insights, field learnings, stakeholder feedback, and business ROI. • Prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable revenue growth or cost reduction. • Influence senior leadership on high-impact product investments and make prioritization trade-offs. • Mentor product team members and establish standards for documentation, prioritization, and execution. • Manage the full product lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, go-to-market, and sustained launches. • Define product requirements, workflow diagrams, edge cases, and functional and non-functional requirements. • Ensure timely, high-quality releases, release planning, rollout sequencing, adoption tracking, success metrics, operational readiness, and rollback plans. • Partner with engineering on system design, APIs, and data models; lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and scope control. • Define testing strategies for business-critical flows and realistic user behavior. • Use SQL and dashboards to validate product usage, data quality, and business impact. • Identify process issues, user pain points, competitive threats, process breakdowns, revenue leakage, fraud risk, and customer-experience problems. • Collaborate as the single-threaded owner across Engineering, Operations, Sales, Risk, Programs, Call Center, and Data. • Define and track KPIs and use data to improve product performance and drive growth. • Travel approximately 10%–20% to Sun King markets, including India, Kenya, Myanmar, Mozambique, Nigeria, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, and Zambia.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory). • 7+ years of experience in product management working on complex workflows. • Product management experience in Android applications. • Good background in workflow systems, automation, or operations-heavy products. • High level of detail orientation, ability to identify process gaps. • Ability to perform basic data analysis with SQL. • Passionate about software quality, DevOps, documentation, and programming. • Experience in directly mentoring product management teams. • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
