📋 Description

• Answer and forward incoming phone calls and emails professionally • Screen and triage calls and messages; relay critical information accurately • Return missed calls and respond to voicemails promptly • Monitor and assign incoming email inquiries • Schedule meetings, send invites, and coordinate calendars • Upload and manage documents in the internal system • Assist in pre-qualifying prospective tenants and leads • Coordinate and schedule property showings • Submit daily and weekly operational reports to management • Conduct follow-ups and handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills • Proficient in using email, scheduling tools, and office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.) • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi) is a plus • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure • Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, front desk, or customer service role • Experience in property management, real estate, or leasing is an advantage • College degree or relevant coursework in business, communications, or real estate is preferred • Bilingual skills are a plus
