📋 Description

• Drive successful planning, coordination, and execution of multiple, concurrent transformation pilot projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and deliverable tracking • Build and maintain effective relationships with the client’s internal and external contacts (Workstream Leads, IT and Commercial Digital Health Leads, Executive business sponsors, Excellence center leads, Studio team members, Leadership, Steering Committees, vendors such as Adobe/Jasper, change leads) to ensure project visibility and alignment • Set, maintain, and continuously improve project governance, quality assurance, and compliance standards in accordance with regulated industry guidelines • Identify and agree transition readiness criteria for all pilot workstreams, including skills mapping, RACI establishment, and training • Proactively manage risks (technical disruption, vendor adoption, data quality, operational complexity) and escalate/resolve issues with program and finance stakeholders • Oversee project budget, resource allocation, and escalation of financial impacts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget • Work alongside Change workstream to plan, develop, and drive training, communications, and upskilling activities required for AI adoption and digital transformation • Iterate project plans to reflect evolving requirements, new discovery findings, or pilot outcomes; maintain action logs, risk/issue registries, and milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree: Business, Accounting, Finance, Digital, or related field • 8+ years in global project/program management, preferably within shared service and transformation settings • Strong track record delivering complex, high-risk, multi-workstream projects and making strategic decisions • Prior experience with digital content, omnichannel, or AI-enabled service creation/optimization pilots • Excellent business acumen, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking • Proven ability to operate with minimal supervision and solve ambiguous or unprecedented challenges • Experience with financial oversight for large programs (budget/resource management) • Demonstrated adherence to best practices and guidelines in regulated environments (quality/compliance mindset) • Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills (Steering Committees, Business Managers, Project/Programme Managers, Change Lead, Digital/IT Teams, Third Party Suppliers) • Preferred: Project Management Qualification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) • Preferred: Experience with enterprise platforms and AI tools such as Adobe Campaign, Jasper AI, Gen Studio, Workfront, or similar • Preferred: Familiarity with change management, training program development, and digital product launch • Pharmaceutical experience or experience in other highly regulated sectors (screening question in application) • Able to work remote full time in alignment with the CET time zone • Can start ASAP (application asks availability)
