📋 Description

• Design compelling visuals for web, mobile and social media platforms that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. • Develop creative concepts and bring them to execution with minimal supervision, from design ideation to final delivery. • Ensure visual consistency and a cohesive user experience across all communication channels. • Apply accessible and inclusive design principles to make sure all designs are usable for diverse audiences. • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to support campaign needs and new initiatives. • Produce production-ready assets and coordinate with developers for smooth implementation. • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creativity and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or any related field. • At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic or digital design (UI/UX, visual design, or related roles). • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, user-centered design thinking, and the ability to solve business problems through design. • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, etc.), and familiarity with prototyping tools like Sketch or InVision. • Skilled in branding, illustration, iconography, layout design and animation. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain design decisions clearly to non-design stakeholders. • Experience working in agile or fast paced environments is a plus. • Bonus points for experience in motion design, animation or video editing. • Knowledge or exposure to the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or health-tech industries is an advantage.
