📋 Description
• Enable smooth, high-quality execution by orchestrating intake and safeguarding scope. • Drive clear communication with requestors and execution teams; set expectations and close feedback loops. • Serve as the primary intake contact for requests across functions (e.g., marketing, medical). • Validate scope, clarify requirements, and ensure high-quality briefs prior to assignment. • Promote accurate Jira records and reporting. • Identify reuse opportunities and process optimizations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Design (or equivalent practical experience). • Entry-level to 5+ years of experience in digital operations, marketing coordination, project coordination, or related roles. • Business-level English reading and writing proficiency. • Intermediate proficiency with Veeva and Microsoft Office.
