• Write at least 2 articles per day, based on editorial brief • Conduct self-editing and perform article optimizations (updates based on content and SEO needs) • Maintain a content management system and publishing schedule • Support and participate in monthly content planning and in other ideation processes as required by the client • Maintain high industry awareness in terms of the competitive set and content excellence • Sourcing industry experts and other relevant stakeholders for article content • Identify local content opportunities and trends to drive relevant and newsworthy content creation in real time • Implement, evaluate, and grow the content strategy for the beauty projects, ensuring targets and KPIs are delivered on time • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring the highest and most resonant quality bar for the content
• Speak fluently in English • Journalism/ Media/ Communications degree • 3-5 years of writing and editing experience, preferably in English • Background in digital media and a wide vision of Beauty and lifestyle, coupled with knowledge of the Filipino Beauty Industry • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, leading a team of content editors/producers • Knowledge of Google Analytics / Adwords tools is an advantage • Inbound marketing expertise (content marketing and SEO)
