• Create and maintain online forms, surveys, and data collection tools • Track and follow up on submissions from volunteers and participants • Maintain accurate records of form responses and required information • Update spreadsheets and databases • Support volunteer administration and onboarding processes • Assist with planning and coordinating events, training, and meetings • Handle participant registration, attendance tracking, meeting notes, agendas, and post-event follow-up • Support formatting, proofreading, organization, and updating of security policies, guidelines, and SOPs under the Operations & Security Manager’s guidance
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage assigned tasks and deadlines • Attention to detail and accuracy when handling information and documents • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset) • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive) or Microsoft Office • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, online forms, and digital collaboration tools • Able to manage routine tasks, follow up on assigned actions, and keep information organized • Reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working remotely as part of a team • Interest in nonprofit operations, administration, or project coordination is an advantage • Intended for students or recent graduates who completed their studies less than 2 years ago • Commitment to Greenpeace’s core values and mission
• Hands-on experience in operations and administrative coordination within an international nonprofit organization • Exposure to volunteer management systems and operational workflows • Experience with digital collaboration and project management tools • Mentorship and guidance from the Operations & Security team • Opportunity to develop professional organizational and coordination skills • Exposure to basic security-related procedures, documentation, and organizational safety practices
