📋 Description

• Lead an editorial project end-to-end • Define the editorial strategy and vision • Spot high-potential topics through daily monitoring • Test, iterate, and find formats that perform • Analyze performance and steer strategy in real time • Work in partnership with an expert YouTube strategist • Write and oversee compelling scripts • Manage a writer and coordinate production • Ensure editorial excellence: solid sourcing, rigorous fact-checking • Develop the multiplatform ecosystem • Rethink the current format to create an authentic media outlet • Tailor content to each platform • Propose and implement new directions • Present videos on camera with clarity

🎯 Requirements

• Native French speaker • Demonstrable expertise in finance, economics, and geopolitics • Degree, professional background, publications, or content produced on these topics • Excellent writing skills — portfolio required • Strong project-management skills: organize, decide, prioritize, deliver • Big pluses: you stand out on camera — charismatic presence, strong voice, ability to captivate • Audiovisual or YouTube experience • AI-first approach: you use AI daily and have a clear vision of its impact on media • Experience launching or growing a media outlet • Proficient with social platforms: Instagram, X, Facebook, Telegram • English speaker — an asset for the internationalization project • Experience managing teams or editorial projects
